This policy explains what personal information PowerRun Industries (“we”, “us”) collects when you use powerrun.in, why we collect it and how we look after it. It is written in line with India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information we collect

Order details: name, mobile number, email, delivery and billing address, and GSTIN if you ask for a GST invoice.
Account details: email address and password (the password is stored encrypted by our authentication provider and never visible to us).
Warranty and service requests: product, serial number, purchase date and the problem you describe.
Enquiries: anything you send through the contact or dealership forms.
Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to run the website securely.

How we use it

To confirm, pack, deliver and invoice your order.
To register warranties and handle service requests.
To contact you about your order, warranty or enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
To keep records required by tax and accounting law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Courier and logistics partners - name, phone and address, only to deliver your order.
Payment gateway - when online payment is available, your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. We never see or store them.
Hosting and database providers that store website data securely on our behalf.
Government authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores your cart, your saved (♥) products and your login session in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. If we enable Google Analytics, it uses cookies to count visits and understand which pages are useful; it does not tell us who you are.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Account and enquiry data is kept while it is needed for the purpose above, or until you ask us to delete it where the law allows.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by writing to service@powerrun.in. You can update your profile yourself from My Account.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to customer records is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.

Grievance officer

For any privacy concern, contact our grievance officer at service@powerrun.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
