Where we deliver
We deliver across India. For a few remote pin codes, we may confirm availability with you before dispatch.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders placed on powerrun.in. If this ever changes, the charge will be shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.
Delivery time
- Dispatch: within 1–2 working days after the order is confirmed.
- Delivery: usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Remote areas, public holidays and weather can add a few days. We will keep you informed.
Tracking your order
Use Track Order with your order number and mobile number, or check My Orders if you have an account.
When your order arrives
- Check that the box is sealed and undamaged before accepting it.
- If the box is damaged, note it on the courier’s delivery slip and take photos.
- Report any transit damage within 7 days under our replacement policy.
Heavy items
Batteries and inverters are heavy. Delivery is to the ground floor or kerbside of the given address unless agreed otherwise. Installation is not included in delivery.
