By using powerrun.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by PowerRun Industries, Plot-23, Gadi Road, Dholna, Nagla Bhood, Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh 207124, India.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless the product page says otherwise.
- Product photos are for illustration. Specifications are as listed on each product page and may be updated by the manufacturer.
- We try to keep prices and stock accurate. If a price or stock error happens, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it for a full refund.
Orders
- An order is confirmed only after we accept it and share the confirmation with you.
- We may decline or cancel an order - for example, if the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order looks fraudulent. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
- You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched by calling or messaging us with your order number.
Payment
Payment options are shown at checkout. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a secure payment gateway; we do not store card or UPI details. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Please inspect the package when it arrives.

Warranty
- The warranty period for each product is shown on its product page.
- Please register your product after delivery and keep your invoice.
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, incorrect wiring or installation, use with incompatible equipment, overloading, or repairs by anyone other than PowerRun or its authorised service partners.
- For a warranty claim, raise a service request.
Installation and safety
Batteries, inverters and solar systems involve high currents and voltages. They should be installed by a qualified electrician following the product manual and local electrical rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business, income or data.

The PowerRun name, logo, product photos and text on this website belong to PowerRun Industries and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kasganj, Uttar Pradesh.
