Product Description
The PowerRun 8.2kW Hybrid Solar Inverter is built for commercial and larger residential installations, delivering 8,200W (16,400VA peak) from a 48V battery bank. Its dual MPPT solar charge controller accepts up to 2 x 5,500W of PV input across two independent strings, and multiple units can run in parallel for higher-capacity systems. With up to 98% efficiency, 230V pure sine wave output, LCD + WiFi monitoring and a 2-year warranty, it is engineered for demanding daily use.

The PR Hybrid Inverter 8.2kW runs on a 48 V DC battery bank, so it needs a 51.2 V LiFePO4 battery. At its full rated 8.2 kW it draws about 177 A from the battery (8.2 kW ÷ 51.2 V at about 90% efficiency): use at least 35 mm² (2 AWG) copper battery cable and a 250 A DC breaker or fuse.
